The JWHC’s Friendly Student Staff

The JWHC couldn’t function without its student staff. It’s very likely that you’ve already encountered one or more of our admissions assistants, either through a phone call or email to let you know about the Honors College or at one of the interview days. Our ambassadors will greet and help you when you visit the JWHC office in Goodman Hall. And our students working on communications and events make this blog possible and help keep our many events in the JWHC running smoothly. Regardless of their role, they all look forward to welcoming you into the JWHC community very soon!

Major: International Relations and History with a minor in awesomeness

Future Plans: As of right now, my future plan is to live my life. That is a really great way of saying that I’m not sure what I want to do after graduation. I have three ideas, which are: go to graduate school for international relations, work in the Peace Corps for two years, or become a professional tour guide and travel the world. In case you were wondering, yes, I do give campus tours.

Future Plans: I plan to stay in Marion after I graduate and pursue a job in mental health or community health nursing. I plan to eventually transition into medical missions either in inner-city United States or in foreign country devastated by HIV/AIDS. I would particularly like to work with orphaned, abused, and neglected children.

I will graduate from IWU this summer, and will be attending Wesley Seminary at IWU after that. In other news, I will also be marrying my lifelong friend, Sarah Conn, on August 9, 2014!
